The apron and chef's hat was actually done in issue #3 of Street Fighter II Turbo from Udon Comics. In a Street Fighter IV story arc at the end of the issue they had El Fuerte bust out of a kitchen flaming mad due to an insult made about pro wrestling and Rainbow Mika in general. The cooking wear (and some stuff in the back ground) shows HE'S A BIG FAN OF RAINBOW MIKA. **lol** I just had to do this ensemble for shock value and for some good laughs!
