Just a couple of close ups to show some of the details of my costume. The burnt skirt is a duplicate (I couldn't bring myself to actually burn the real thing, especially since I put so much time and effort into hand sewing most of it), which we went at with paint and a blow torch in the hotel room on Friday night of the con. XD I'm quite happy with how it turned out, especially since it was done super last minute. I might post a picture of the back later, since there's this weird burn mark there that sort of looks like a face... but everyone laughs at me when I point it out. >_<

You can also see some of the fake burn patches I stitched onto my shoe and my dress. They're all removable, so nothing was permanently scared in the pursuit of my crazy idea.
