Here's the bottom of Rouge's skirt(?) thing. The red crinkle satin was left alone in the middle section, but I airbrushed gold on the edge divisions and then handpainted opalescent acrylic (that purplish tint) in some small spot sections over it.
The trim is actually black vinyl (the same stuff I made Dias's armbands and the majority of Dogun and Lloyd from) cut-out in one long single crazy-shaped piece that I hand-painted neon green and gold acrylic over (the cut-out applique is attached with UniqueStitch, btw.)
