I added a ridge with foam to conceal my toe, making the space for my toe look like armor. There is an actual armor style like this in the game. Made me feel like Blizz put it in just for me. :) This was the last progress photo I took, but I actually made the ridge less bulky later. I also added cardboard to taper the silhouette starting at the ridge and going down. See the finished product for the final shape.

If I had decided to exclude the ridge I would have had to make the whole thing wider. Too wide, I thought.
