One of the nice things about Doctor Girlfriend's outfit is that you can just undo the top few buttons and push it off your shoulders and BAM! Instant pseudo-naked. I'd like to claim this was all my friend's idea, but...well, no. Note that the good Doctor is still wearing her hat. :D
