What did you use for applying the head piece? Is it latex?

I attached the headpiece to my head with spirit gum, then I let my husband paint liquid latex on the headpiece seam onto my skin, to diminish the appearance of the seam. I didn't do the liquid latex step in these photos - it takes soooo long (hours) to do, so I only do it when I'm actually going out. With this newer headpiece, the edge are quite thin and blend pretty naturally into the skin with makeup, so I just quickly touched-up the seams in photoshop. In the outtake photos, the images are unaltered (and even, I think, in some places, looked like they blend alright on their own). We did the liquid latex method in <a href = "http://www.cosplay.com/photo/2421919/">this</a> picture.
