7 Inch Platforms in 2 Feet of Snow - THE DANCE OF DEATH

7 Inch Platforms in 2 Feet of Snow - THE DANCE OF DEATH - Original - Sakura Samurai
Here I am literally standing ON snow. Because one step later, I sank and it was up to my knees. In 7" platforms. But oh, it was worth it!

This is a design I made out of scraps from my closet. Red pleather from Shayla, the pink belt material is from my Ritz obi, and the main material used to be my curtains...

Yeah, I'm gona have to report this shot, it's too dam good. I don't just say that because of the snow, but the originality is fantastically high. Why didn't I see this one before? and here I'm drinking Snow Geisha tea to admire this work.

Wow! Your makeup makes you look completely different. I think its amazing that you are able to put together something so cool out of leftovers and scraps. I'm afraid my scrap drawer would make a nightmear of a costume if i tried to make something of it.

Oh humble, humble Jia, You know you made those contacts from SCRATCH! But anyway, Beautiful costume and awesome photography to match! I agree with StarlightHoney, It all pops perfectly. My favorite part is actually your pants/leggings for some odd reason. They just look awesome (and comfy...). Great job!

Jia Jem replied on 02-03-2010 at 03:17 PM:

Those leggings were lovingly made from scratch by Wal-mart and Leg Avenue. All craftsmanship credit goes to them!
(It's black leggings with red fishnets over them, but it looks really neat in photos.)
