That is an amazing Lulu! For the patterns on the skirt and sleeves, did you just look at game shots, or did you have specific references? Also, I'm assuming you made the best yourself- any hints? I'm working on a Lulu for Otakon.

Thank you! I actually used the vinyl figure they made for reference for most of the costume (except for the colors, because that figure is SO off). The belts are made of flexible but strong cardboard strips, covered with pleather. I used the games workshop/warhammer paints for painting the flower pattern. Umm.. what else?
