Beatrix Wig - Final Fantasy IX - Beatrix

I'm reaaaaally pushing to get this done for ACen. x_x
Did the wig yesterday! It's built off of a Linda *and* a Linda XXL in 18/24. I also used a pack of cosworx loose extensions in both colors 12 and 24. ...s'a lot of hair. The color is perfect - a mix of blonde and medium brown. This wig turned out a lot cooler than I thought it would. BIG HEAD IS BIG.

ps: The (ghetto) background is the lining for my jacket! I found a jacquard with a rose design, which matches the rose on her back. Aww!

This totally makes me want to dig out my old old old Zidane costume. Except that it's a piece of garbage and would look terrible next to your hot wig.

It's really light! I didn't even need bobby pins to keep it on. All the volume is done with styrofoam. I'll post up progress shots eventually.

Freakin' about TIME somebody did a great Beatrix wig! =D Not that there haven't been other nice ones, but Hime no Toki hit the nail on the head by commenting on the specific volume and the curls. It's soo much hair, but not -too- much! Very nice job!
