98% done

98% done - Silent Hill (movie version) - Dahlia
It's about 98% done. I still need to add the fur and fix a few things here and there... I wasn't wearing the make-up or "hobo shoes" since they were still drying. (Plus the wig wasn't properly on. I didn't want to search the house for a wig cap)

But yeah... this is basically it. I'm okay with it. The skirt could be better but I only had one shot of it... and in all the quick I pics I took aside from these, you hardly saw it... so why bother as much? My main concern was the coat. (Or coats I should say since there are two.)

WOOL IN THE SUMMER. I'M CRAZY. That coat weighs about 10 pounds. Maybe less since I last cut some off/shredded it. I had a lot of fun messing this up, but now I need to vaccum my house FOR DAYS. Ugh, all the lint... I really hope I got most of the mess off and it doesn't leave a trail at A-kon. :\

Also... it's a lot harder to walk in this than I thought. I found myself tripping and getting my feet caught in the torn coat. Opse.

This is so fabulous! I loved Dahlia's design in the movie (in fact, I loved most of the designs from that movie) and yours looks so so good! Especially that wig! I had a ton of fun destroying my Alessa wig, yours is just lovely!

The wig is actually a friends, so I can't take any credit in making it. But thanks~! I had fun making the costume all gross... and yes, they had some awesome designs :]
