Well, here are the tattoos so far. I had to sew it together before doing the skulls on the shoulders. I'm going to put some straps on the bottom of the shirt and attach them to garters around my legs - kind of like a reverse garter belt. Instead of garters keeping my stockings up, they'll keep my shirt down to prevent it from riding up and wrinkling.
I put the seams of the shirt in the front and back, instead of up the sides. Since she has huge scars that run up the front and back, the seam will be hidden by the makeup effects.
It's a little subtle in photos, but I did airbrush the sides of the suit to make it look more slimming and flesh-like....
Over all, I'm surprised that this came together quite well just from tracing the skins of the game, after some slight mods to the pattern to account for my measurements. I was really excited to pull the shirt on and see that our belly buttons lined up exactly. If you can imagine a girl sticking her finger in her bellybutton and squealing "YAY!" in the mirror....yeah, that was me. :B I'M A DORK.

omg, this is amazing!!!!!!! i was wondering if you used spandex for the body suit; if so was it already skin colored? also, what type of paint did you use?
sorry about all the questions; i really appreciate it! ^_^

Thanks. It's a thick, opaque matte spandex. I bought it at a specialty store in person, so I could match the skin tone to my skin, as opposed to ordering online. (Although many online places will send you swatches, so you can circumvent this. It was just more convenient for me to go in person.)
The paint is Jacquard fabric paint from Dick Blick. I used a LOT of their colorless additive - about 2 bottles worth - which helps blend the colors and give a watercolor effect without bleeding, like diluting with water would do. I experimented a lot on scraps before going for it on the real deal.
I also traced the whole design out with Sakura Micron pens, which are waterproof illustration pens (Dick Blick, Michaels, etc.) so they wouldn't bleed with the paint. So basically, it was a "colorbook tracing" of the designs, which I filled in with paint. Looks a lot more complicated than it really is!
There's better pics of the process here:
