Underskirt is complete and currently working on the over skirt. Fabrics used are white polycotton and dark blue.back cotton.

Frustration is one word to use! I adusted a hoop skirt and every time I add a layer on top, it drags the skirt down making the length longer then expected, so everytime I add a layer, I had to amend the length of each layer. Argh! I'm pulling my hair out each time, however on the bright side, I've managed to make the skirt poofy and defy gravity which is pretty much accurate. I hope that it will look good once I add the details.
