This is a mage trainer from the Eversong Woods in Silvermoon. The red clothing is to commemorate the fallen Blood Elf brethren that were slain during the Third War. Modelled after Julia Sunstriker (mage trainer). Blood elf eyes are green due to their use of fel magic.
