Photo of my Hikaru costume at AWA last year. I really want to wear this again but there's a few things to fix up and I really need a smaller petticoat.
This makes me go "kyaaaaaaaaaa~"! SO CUTE. ...btw, I've never heard a cosplayer say they needed a smaller petticoat. There is no such thing as a too big petticoat in cosplay.
