WOW, so I definitely just got the best birthday prezzie ever: I finally caught my parakeet that had escaped two days prior to today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got him with a net, and he is now in my room stuffing his little birdy face with food and water. I couldn't be any happier :)

Picture title is thanks to having gotten back the birdie. My boyfriend and I watched for it all day yesterday...and then we got up early this morning to continue our hunting. I was waiting for the bird to come around and I started editing this picture, and fairly soon thereafter the bird reappeared. I was sitting outside since 5:30am watching and waiting for the bird and around 9:30 I captured the bird with a net! I am so relieved; my boyfriend and I thought the bird was gone forever.
