Skyward Sword Link's Sheath~

I'm not really sure how to make a sheath to be honest, I tried once before, and it turned out pretty decent, but looked pretty scary at the same time. It was also for a rapier, so the style is completely different.

I used cardboard as the surface, and added a layer of foam to each side. This will be for inside, so the sword will be secure, and not get damaged. It's left over foam I had from my Samus costume, similar to a yoga mat in texture.

It turned out really flimsy at first, because of how long it is, so I added thick cardboard as a border to give it strength. There's still a slight indent when you press in the middle, but otherwise I can stack books on it without it breaking. Victory~
