For some reason I became totally obsessed with making Scarlet's doll in the last 2 weeks...and then of course I realized that my Alex and I couldn't just get pictures of Scarlet's doll randomly, so I made Joey's watch, the Holloway locket and the Shepherd ring.
All items were made using model files from SH:H, and Scarlet was made using a picture from alchemillahospital's website.
Scarlet started out life as a platinum blond, tan blue-eyed doll without any clothes or shoes. I created the joints in her arm with model magic, as well as the shoes and then made and decorated her dress. I painted her body a sickly pallor and repainted her lips a darker red. I colored her cheeks after I had repainted her face, and her eyes were colored brown with the use of a sharpie. I left her original eyebrow and eyelash lines on there since they were too fine for me to repaint. The hair was removed completely (she looked more like the damaged version of the doll then haha) and I bought loose hair to make her hair out of. I made wefts out of the loose hair and attached them on row by row. Her bangs were SO tough because I didn't think to really curl them over her forehead until after they were attached ;__;
The watch is made entirely from scratch. I used a wooden disk for the face, and model magic for the protruding parts. Had I made those out of sculpey they wouldn't break, that was definitely completely stupid on my part. The band is a fake alligator skin, just like Joey's (though the print is substantially smaller on mine), and the underside of the band is microsuede. I carefully poked 6 holes in both sides of the band. I made the knob on the side and the pieces of closure out of model magic, those held up a lot better than the face since no weight was put on them. Finally, I attached the face of the watch (which is reminiscent of the Halo of the Sun) and the back (which of course says "Forgive Me" on the body of the watch.
The Shepherd ring is made from model magic and is complete with both the Shepherd family coat of arms on the top, as well as the 3-circles on the inside of the ring (the save point design). There is a lip on the ring around the design. The ring chain was bought to match the box style chain from the game, and as was the round-link Holloway locket.
The design on the locket was made out of model magic and covered over the original locket so that it could open/close. The inside shots of Elle and Nora were printed out from the model files.
Picture by me, and the writing on the grave stone was edited on by me as well. I found the back of one to get this shot, and of course we were very careful to not step on any graves or take distasteful photos for the sake of the dead and their loved ones.
