I made this for my mom for her birthday.

Just the table top. The shelves in the foreground was one of thise put-together things from Wal-Mart she already had. And the dresser on the other end near the wall, was her's when she was a girl.

It's almost 6 feet long, and 50 inches wide, and I still need to get a router to embed the yardstick into the table, and make a cutting channel, like the ones JoAnn Crafts has for their cutting tables.

But still, it came out nice. And I put bullnose trim around the front, and quarter rounds against the walls and windows, so needles won't roll off the table.
