I made this out of a bed sheet I used, and it turned out okay. A little tight in the arms and butt, and when I bent over they ripped... a lot... so I patched them up, and now it is a little more comfortable. So I am adding the foam onto this jump suit for easy getting into. I'm just worried once I get the body all put together if I can get in (and out) of the legs.

I've had similar trouble getting in and out of things. It's such a pain... I hope you get the whole thing figured out with the least amount of broken pieces. :\
