lemoned - I don't need L.E.D.s - it glows naturally, being that it's filled with good things! & fights evil. & from the shape of it, probably opens cans, too. XD (Now I understand why Lida seems to like incorporate crotch decoration - it's fun. ^o^;

The armor is 90% foam (I painted it directly and then sealed it with shiny polyurythene.) I'm not -entirely- sure *what* kind it is - it's some kind of soft industrial packing sheeting I get at work - but I think lemoned may have IDed it as "Polyethylene." But it's very similiar to the thinner foam the spike is made out of, which is I believe is just pipe insulation.

Lu - can we be bulge buddies now? ^_-

psythe - I <3 you too, man. ^o^ (I gotta quick finish this up just in case those tiny little SCIII concepts I was squinting at prove to be true and I find myself making some red armor next. XD)

I don't mind explaining stuff....but like...what part of it specifically? ^_^;
To start with, the foam was thermoformed (bent while heated) to get those curved shapes and attached/fused together with hot glue.
