Here we have my Gray Fox helmet which is made out of polyurethane plastic and based off of the MGS1 game that was featured on the PS1 platform. I make these casts to sell, so if you're interested please feel free to contact me. Nevertheless, it was no easy feat to create the original helmet. The original helmet was made out of art-board then hardened with fiberglass resin and surfaced (repeatedly) with a variety of plastic fillers and then molded to be cast. This is by no means a 'slip-on' helmet as it is based to be snug to the wearer's head as possible. It is a universal fitting, but compact to be exclusively unique. I tried my best, but I know I can do better, which is why I am going to create a final generation. The helmet pictured is a 4th generation helmet, so it was my final for production, but not my final for rendition ;)
