Sealed Sōgyo no Kotowari tsuba progress.
Been working on this sword these last days. The base is just a cheap red oak bokuto/bokken that I sanded down some errors on and repainted. The original tsuba I didn't use because of inaccurate design, so I made a custom one á la Bleach myself out of plywood and craft foam for details and spraypainted it gold. You may wonder why the beginning of the blade is painted white, that's because when I put the tsuba in place it was very tight and some of the paint on the blade chipped off. So I repainted my white primer on it and maybe tomorrow, if weather permits, I can spray it silver and finish whatever else there's left to do.. tsukamaki being one of them.
