Everything was thrifted and altered, and my waifu Eve sent me a great vector of the uniform patch, which I printed out and set against foam to make it more solid, then painted over it to make the red a closer match to my jacket and pants. I hope to wear this out again someday with more Penguindrum cosplayers! Apparently, I missed a whole bunch of them at the con.
