This is a labor of love that has been in the works for a year and a half. I first cut the wooden blades back in October 2010, and have slowly progressed on them until now. They are finally finished.
From the top down: Wadou Ichimonji, Kitetsu III, and Yubashiri. The swords are all wooden with wooden tsuba, paperclay fill and pommels. Each has been painted to look like the anime's finishes, with the tempering marks on Kitetsu and Yubashiri. The info in the sayas is on another photo in my gallery.
As soon as I finish the wig, Zoro will be ready to debut!
