This took entirely too many hours of life, I was gathering tulle for weeks. :/ This pic was taken when it was 95% done, I have now hemmed it so it's ankle-length, so it won't peek through the underskirt's scallops.

See how it's shiny? Yeah, that's "party taffeta" because I spent all my money on the fabric that will be showing. :p
