Really great costume, did you make a little vest with the sleeves to go over the leotard and did you just wing the pattern for that? I am trying to make two for my daughters.

It's all leotard and everything I basically patterned myself.

The skirt and collar are separate pieces, and the sleeves are detachable via white velcro so that I can swap this leotard out for other Sailor Scout outfits as I see fit.

Thank you! Getting those pleats was annoying at first, but once I figured it out, it was pretty easy getting the skirt to go. lol
