I took this picture for the week 5 slumber theme photo contest. It didn’t make it into the final group for voting so I guess I can post it now.

A couple of times in the series, Kaiba is shown working at the computer late into the night and I imagine he’d be the type to ignore the need for sleep. So, I thought it would be amusing to show the effects of a bit too much work... *laugh*

I guess it would have made more sense to take the picture at night with artificial lighting but I only had time to do it during the day. ^_^; And I now appreciate just how hard it is to take a good photo on your own! I was using the timer on my camera along with a tripod and it took a lot of guessing to figure out where to place things so that the props would be visible, clutter wouldn’t show up in a corner in the background, where I should put my arms, etc. Plus, my wig was trying to slip off in my first batch of shots! I took about 15-20 shots and wasn’t completely satisfied with any of them but decided I needed to move on and get some work done on other costume things. ^_^; I picked this one which seemed like the best out of what I had although I wish the back of the head wasn’t cut off.
