Thanks to both Jonetsu and Hyacinth for their tutorial and walk-throughs for creating these. This has been a dream project of mine since my first cosplay as Fran. Until now, I’ve been too nervous to try and the stars weren’t lining up in terms of supplies. I bought a pair of shoes from ebay (seen elsewhere in this gallery) but they didn’t have a hallow in the heels; I was going to make due when I found these at a thrift store (at half-off for $2.25, whoot!). They were perfect, so I finally decided to start this project.
