Okay so I'm a chick,i don't mean to offend anybody by stating this,and my breasts are 36DD as seen in the picture on the left. Now on the right I went down a good amount.
I had put on a wireless bra and then a sports bra on top of it. Then I wrapped an ace bandage around my chest enough that I was comfortable and still able to breath.
