Progress on the Claymore. 06-05-12

Making an exact scale replica. Took multiple scans from the Manga and stills from the Anime, imported and scaled them AutoCAD. Detailed in AutoCAD and constructed to scale. Made from 6061 Aluminium. Profile was laser cut, then ground down roughly to shape, then countless hours hand sanding. Currently at 320 Grit Sandpaper. Will be going all the way down to 1000, then will buff and polish.
