you could try and search for plastic fisbowls to cut , or get some translucent styrene, secure it to some structure i made a wood frame and thenstappled it in , heat it up to 80-90ēc and then use a ball to heat-shape the visor , this takes a few times to get right ( i could get it right , i didn´t heat the plastic enogh and the sphere was shalllow, next time i will)
you need to make the chin as thin as possible , the "nodes" on the sides of the lips are 2/3 the leght of your real lip , that gave a good scale to mine ( i helped a lot that i had a raien statue from where to get references )

i suggest that you try making the chin-lowerlip piece out of cardboard and coating it with the same as the side-jaw, if you want something to pad that piece try using som eva foam inside, that alone should improve dramatically the look , the wig and soundtraps look really good
