I'm about half way done the embroidery at this point, and figured I'd share the progress. The design will be almost entirely symmetrical, although there are points where it will vary slightly, which I don't mind at all.

Then I get to add beading accents. It is supposed to look busy - it's mimicking streamers and confetti with the swirls. In my mind, anyway.
