 | Mehdia replied on 09-18-2012 at 01:36 AM: Oh yeah, it took a while. About 50 or so hours. Each feather painted on there took an average of an hour each, and there are 15 on there. The dress has four layers of fabric in all but the sleeves as well to give it some weight. |
