I would suggest you find a way to round the top of the dress a bit more, would can do it with a second hoop skirt with wider hoops higher, a "bum roll"(which is heavy :/), or a fluffy petticoat made from tulle or chiffon.

Also, I think it would look better with out the sleeves.

Nice work in general.

Ok but if you had spent just over 4 months and several hundred headaches making it you might think differently. It is plenty big with 3 huge layer sof net petticoat, that each time I put on my curses becuase all 3 layers need to be perfectly straightened out before the dress even goes on.
It was the most difficult skirt ever to do.
I have all my other tutorial galleries on cosplay and youtbe if you look at them you will see my first hoop I ever made for this dress as i've never a hoop before i've always bought them.

I have a small bustle bag as one of my bigger ones made the dress lift up to much at the back thatmade the swags look at an angle toward to back instead of hanging straight.

So pretty!!! Is this a park design, or did you come up with this on your own?

It was a mixture of the Broadway skirt and movie classic bodice, thank you and please check out my website www.Tracyscostumingworld.weebly.com
