I have pretty much finished my Death Note prop, so, uh, yey. It's about 7 1/2" x 9 3/4" which is a little smaller than a standard sheet of paper. Seemed like a good size to me. 60 pages, 38 lines per page. The image on the right is a close up, because I like the texture of the card stock I used for the cover, and I'm particularly pleased with how the silver lettering turned out.
