After 2 years of having this costume in progress I finally decided that this would be the year I wear it. The cosplay gods smiled on me because today represented the first time all winter- and probably the last- that my area got snow that stuck around long enough for photos. Sadly I didn't realize that the depth of the snow was problematic for getting photos, and the snow on the road had melted by the time I finished the (nightmarish) makeup which I kept screwing up. I will maybe wear this costume again when it isn't snowing but I haven't decided yet. It was extremely cold to wear outside, I was squinting a lot, I have very few poses, and only a handful of photos to upload, but I am so happy I finally finished it.
Everything on this costume was hand made. I built the shoes on top of existing clogs, made the scrubs, heavily modified the white shirt, used screens to make her ID and I customized an Rx pad because I guessed that the paper in her pocket was maybe for writing prescriptions. I dyed the wig more red than it was for my casual Lisa. It was a very simple costume, but admittedly I hate doing the makeup for it. I'm bad at such makeup and I enhanced it a bit in gimp before uploading it.
