Photo of me as Zelda and my sister Rigetzu as Nabooru. Taken by Joonas.
When I decided to make Zelda to Tracon 2012, I asked if my sister wanted to cosplay someone from Zelda series. Her choice was Nabooru (artwork version). And I am glad that her costume was quite simple - because I was the one who was going to make it.
And I like the outcome! Jewelry was mostly made from craft foam. The gold and silver sprays I used weren't quite good. Some of the jewels were painted with nail polish.
My sister painted the figures to the pants and she did great job!
We bought a red hairpiece for her because we thought it would look the best on her. She dyed her hair red and so the hairpiece matched perfectly. She bought a brown make-up foundation and (lovely) gold eyeshadow.
The jewelry was attached to her skin with watersoluble skin glue.
I started making our costumes over a month before the convention. It seems that the amount of time was right.

Great job on making them. The costumes look great. Good job.... You look good in your costume and (tell your sister too) your sister looks good too. Keep up the great work.
