Shade's Boots

Shade's Boots - Legend of Zelda - Hero's Shade
They are DONE. They are fugly as heck since I didn't bother to remake my patterns, but they are done and ready for the next step to be cleaned & smoothed. I might fix the back of the heel on each if I have extra time once my weapons are finished, but for now this'll do. While wearing them, they expand quite a bit more, since they look narrow at the top in this picture? Different boots, also meant I could fit the bottom footed area to bring them closer back to ratio.

Curious if other people noticed, but only in the concept art, is the right boot broken. In-game it looks intact which I found pretty interesting. I actually think it's a nice addition, to his broken horn on his helmet, and cracked shield.

I must sound like a broken record, but materials used are cereal boxes, yellow bits are foam, and black is temporary ducktape since I trimmed them down to size. Oh boots, you bring me such joy~

I don't know of many people who would think to make a boot out cardboard. You are amazing with your cardboard skills.
