The earrings are just red glass jewels glued to earring posts.
The cloak pins were made from 1 1/2 inch pin backs, a strip of the cloak fabric to hide the silver back of the pin, and dangle earrings I disassembled. Everything was glued together with E6000, which is amazing stuff. Surprisingly, just these two little pins held the giant cloak quite securely. In the art, Halceles' cloak has no visible means of attachment, so I assume it is held on by magic (appropriate for a sorcerer *G*). Sadly, I'm just a mere mortal and, because of the collar, had to resort to cloak pins.
The gold decoration on the hair clip is made from craft foam, rub'n'buff, acrylic sealer, red glass beads, gold thread, and glue. It was all glued to a french clip and worn very low on the wig. The french clip turned out to make the wig heavier than I expected, and the craft foam took a pretty bad beating. If I wear this costume again, I will make a new clip out of different materials.
