My first serious cosplay...and a failure. >< It was extremely last minute and I underestimated the project, forcing me to cut corners...I'm not proud of it, but it taught me a valuable lesson. And it was fun to wear... Despite the fact that the obi was purple instead of pink, and that I was wearing store-bought shorts because the ones I made didn't fit me, and that my hair wasn't long enough, at least five people asked me for pictures. It was weird. Also, this guy from some Japanese magazine interviewed me. He asked how long it took to make it, and I said about a week. Then he said, "Do you think you are the best?"

My reply was, "Uh...no."

Anyway, I really think I should remake this costume. Misao is such a great character...yay for klutzy hyper teenage ninjas!
