I just spend 4 straight hours at my sewing machine, and this is all I have to show for it? *Sigh*

Actually, I did get a lot done. The picture on the left shows the convenient hole in the back--the character designers finally did SOMETHING right--from whence my incomplete wings sprout (picture on the right). After much deliberation, I decided to go with the more anime-looking wings rather than ones made completely out of feathers (which I adore, but lack the skills to make). I'll still add some feathers for accent, but this is about what they will look like; many, MANY thanks to Lionel for the advice on the materials made for these wings.

They ended up being smaller than Bell's (they look more like Skuld's), but if I made them too big, the wire wouldn't be able to support the weight, and of course I have to think about how I'm going to get around at the convention... O.o
