I am familiar with Lucrzia Borgia of course And the style is super stongly suggestive of the real costumes of her time... ooh no wonder. I just found an image that seems to take directly from a Victorian adaptation of a German woodcut

heheh, I think it might be a nice one to adapt for my SCA wardrobe.....
