There's a whole floor in one of the dorms on my colleges' campus that's called this. Everyone has their names written on headbands, and Naruto pics are used for all the signs. The RA's are known as the chuunin's of the floor.

Unfortunatly, I do not live int he dorm that has this floor. ;_;
