I made this coat for someone. (And the sash). I hand painted the light blue stripes that go around the coat.

The paint is pearlsheen light blue. I made a base caot of white paint and used about 7 bottles of the pearl sheen. And when I was done, if you looked at it, it looked like a swirling mist.

I wish Ic ould remember what the character's name was.
