Elegant Gothic Jinyo Goes to Traffic School

There was this weird looking tractor-trailer parked in front of the Art Museum. One end of it was covered in these orange traffic cones. As soon as I saw it, I had to have a picture with it, right by the corner where the cones look as though they're bristling out in all directions.
