This guy had me create this jacket for him from InuYasha. I did this, and I painted the lighting bolts too.

I used a light blue pearlsheen over a white basecoat. It looked like swirling clouds to me.

Took four days to paint those things.

Did not do the tails, and he had a guy make him some armor things to go with it, but did not show up on time.

(I have never missed a deadline yet.)
