Ice for the Twinrova Headress.

I took thin white cotton and put it over a mold it made form Paper Mache. I used paint and starch to get it to be stiff and waterproof then painted it by hand with acrylics. Put a few coats of clear coat and really fine clear glitter and it's all set to go!
