Sandpaper is your best friend when shaping styrofoam. *sage nod* I actually cut about half an inch around the lines I had made with a keyhole saw, and then sanded it down smooth (with 60 grit sandpaperm if you were curious <3). It's a long process, but the result is nice!

And a question... how did you cut it out so smoothly? Whenever I worked with styrofoam it always cracked or flaked all gross. :<

It's made out of styrofoam XD the kind you pick up at Home Depot. I plan to coat it with something like Bondo when I'm done.
