Casemate - Hellsing - Sir Hugh Islands
Sir Hugh Islands, the newest character in the Hellsing manga (ch. 75). He's supposedly the commander of the reinforcements that the Queen sent.

I threw this together right before Otakon and had my friend wear it for the photoshoot. A lot of people were quite amazed seeing as how that chapter only came out 3 days before the con.

Here's me in the costume with a LOT of makeup.
