In all honesty, that's all I knew how to refer to it as, whenever I talked about it. I recently found out that it is from Oretsuba (I think that spelling's right..) and the character that the uniform is for is Asuka Watari. Go figure, haha. The costume (along with a matching one with blue trim) was bought by my special and amazering friend Stephanie (SelphieLu) for us to wear to Dragon*Con. She wasn't able to wear hers, but please know it was adorable.
